II International Meeting of Classical Guitar

"Norba Caesarina"

The Classical Guitar Association of Extremadura "Angel Iglesias" organized the II International Meeting of Classical Guitar "Norba Caesarina" from 22 to 29 of April in 2006. As the same as the previous edition, the meeting was made up of a Guitar course, a International Contest and Concerts.

The Course will be given by:

Joaquín Clerch - Juan Carlos Rivera

40 students of numerous countries of the world - Japan, Mexico, Cuba, Germany, France, Montenegro, Portugal, y diferents cities os Spain - come to Caceres to receive masterclases by this four teachers of great international prestige.

CONTEST

The Rules were:

1. Participation in the contest is open except to the winner in the previous edition.
2. There will be two stages :
Qualifying competition : You can perform a free program of maximum 12 minutes long.
Final Competition : You must perform a free program with 20 minutes maximum with pieces don’t performed in the qualification stage
